BunoPets operates a pet e-commerce, trade and pet-services business in Nepal.

For products sold on bunopets.com, BunoPets Pvt. Ltd. is the customer-facing seller and issues the applicable BunoPets bill or invoice.

You need an account to place an order.

Keep your password and OTP private. Do not allow another person to misuse your account.

We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary because of fraud, fake orders, abuse, security risks or misuse.

An order becomes accepted after BunoPets confirms the order.

We may limit or refuse unusually large or repeated orders that reasonably appear to be intended for unauthorized commercial resale.

Product details may be prepared using information available on manufacturer packaging and other product information available to BunoPets.

Packaging, design or other product details may sometimes be updated by a manufacturer or importer.

If the product you receive is materially different from what was described or agreed, your applicable return, replacement, exchange or refund rights remain protected.

Any regulated product may be sold only where permitted under applicable Nepal law.

Prices shown on bunopets.com are shown in Nepalese Rupees unless stated otherwise.

The displayed selling price should include applicable taxes.

Delivery charges are separate and should be shown before you confirm your order.

If a price is clearly incorrect because of a technical or listing error, we may contact you with the correct price before accepting or completing the order.

You can then choose whether to continue with the corrected order where applicable.

BunoPets currently supports:

For COD, payment is normally made when the order is delivered.

For QR payment, you may be asked to upload payment proof and provide the transaction or reference code.

BunoPets may manually verify the payment before treating it as paid.

Do not send your banking password, OTP, PIN or other secret banking credentials to BunoPets.

BunoPets delivers across Nepal subject to actual service availability and delivery conditions.

Delivery times and charges may depend on the location, product and order.

If your information is incomplete or incorrect, we may contact you to correct it. Delivery may be delayed or cancelled if the issue cannot reasonably be resolved.

An order may be received by another person available at the delivery address.

If nobody is available to receive a COD order, we may contact you. If delivery cannot be completed, the product may be returned.

You may normally request cancellation before dispatch.

There is currently no BunoPets cancellation fee for an order cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, it normally cannot be cancelled as a pre-dispatch cancellation.

This does not remove any return, exchange, refund or other consumer right available to you under Nepal law.

BunoPets Pvt. Ltd. provides the applicable bill or invoice for products it sells.

Please keep your bill, invoice, order information and other relevant evidence if you need to make a return, warranty or complaint request.

BunoPets does not automatically provide a separate fixed warranty for every product.

Where a manufacturer or importer provides a valid warranty or guarantee, its own applicable conditions may apply.

Where reasonably possible, BunoPets may help a customer access an applicable manufacturer or importer warranty.

Nothing here removes a warranty, guarantee or consumer right required by law.

BunoPets-trained team members may provide general pet-care or product guidance.

This guidance is educational and supportive.

It is not veterinary diagnosis, treatment, prescription or emergency veterinary care.

For illness, injury, medicine, diagnosis, treatment or emergencies, contact a qualified veterinary professional.

Separate terms may apply to vaccination-related services.

Reviews should be genuine and related to the customer's experience.

Making a complaint to BunoPets does not stop you from using any complaint, regulatory or legal remedy available under Nepal law.

We will not use a later change to unfairly change the main terms of an order that was already confirmed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
